Terms & conditions

MIMA | Minimal Masters is a trade name of Noor, based in Utrecht, the Netherlands. KVK: 30229332 | VAT: NL001687626B87 | Address: Griftstraat 91, Utrecht. All prices on this website are in euros including VAT, excluding shipping costs.

Ordering & payment

You can place an order via the order form on the shop page. After your order, you'll receive a confirmation by email within 1–2 working days, including a payment link (iDEAL or PayPal). Your order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Delivery

Orders are shipped every Friday. Shipping within the Netherlands costs €4.00 (letterbox) or €6.50 (tube box). Free shipping from €60,- (excluding Tufted Artworks). Delivery time is typically 2–5 working days after dispatch. For shipping outside the Netherlands, please get in touch at post@noor.nu.

Liability

MIMA does her very best to pack and ship products with care. In case of damage during transport, please get in touch as soon as possible, preferably with a photo. We'll always work towards a good solution.

Privacy & cookies

What data do we collect?

When you place an order, we ask for your name, email address, and delivery address. This information is used solely to process and deliver your order. We never share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Cookies

The MIMA website uses functional cookies to keep the site running smoothly, and analytical cookies (via a privacy-friendly tool) to track how many people visit the site. We do not place any tracking or third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. Send an email to post@noor.nu and we'll respond within 30 days.

Returns & cancellations

Not quite what you expected? No problem — we'll make it right.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Get in touch via post@noor.nu and we'll sort it out.

Returns

Please return the product unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Once received and checked, we'll refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

Exception

Custom or personalised products (such as some Tufted Artworks) cannot be returned, unless there is a defect.
